Common questions
Did my wait-list click go through?
A lost response retries the same request once in this browser tab. Dice rolls are added once, and retrying a share click keeps one recorded tweet.
Why is every button disabled on an approval?
The card carries open questions. Answer each one in the card body first. Until then the footer shows "Answer the open questions above first.", and once every question has an answer it names the response your answers lead to, such as "Send answers to <step>".
Why can't I click a send-back button?
A send-back such as "Send back to Planning…" needs guidance text, so its button stays disabled until the box has text. A follow-up redraft needs only changed rows, and a send-back with answered questions needs only the answers.
Why did my send-back not move the task?
"Send back to Refine…" re-runs the agent at the task's current step. "Send to <step>…" moves the task. Read the entry before clicking.
Where is Agent Access?
Open "Agent MCP grants". The page was called Agent Access before it was renamed, and the old route redirects there.
Why does one permission have two names?
Agent MCP grants shows "Set priorities"; Assistant settings and chat show "Set task priority". Both are the setTaskPriority tool.
What is the difference between a note and guidance?
A note is kept in the card's history. Guidance is read by the next agent. An action such as "Apply sprint plan" opens a step whose box is marked "Note (optional)" or "Guidance (optional)"; leave it empty to act without one.
Can I move a task ahead of work it depends on?
Yes. When a move or an approval would put a task ahead of work it depends on, ampm shows how much the order matters and offers fixes, such as holding the task or dropping the dependency. "Move anyway" is always offered, takes one click at every severity, and is recorded in the task's history.
