A process is worth more now that an agent writes the code
An agent that skips process wastes effort re-exploring, guesses at decisions nobody checked, and can do more damage before anyone notices. A process fixes all three, as long as it is actually enforced.
Don't name your agents
Naming an agent imports a social contract the model cannot honour. Job titles work better, and ampm's containment shows what bounded reach and a checked answer look like in practice.
Claude Code is great, until you become the bottleneck
Claude Code makes more implementation possible. What still needs a system: continuity across sessions, multiple synchronous conversations, durable decisions, and human review.
